Aqua Aerobics

All our water classes (including aqua aerobics, water workout and deep water workout) are great for all fitness levels and ages, and are the perfect way to gently keep fit during and after pregnancy. No bookings required.

Aqua Aerobics (AQ)

Aquaerobics is a quick and easy way to improve fitness, mobility, flexibility and conditioning. Excellent cardiovascular and muscle toning workout using the water's resistance. Great for all fitness levels and ages.  45 minutes.

Deep Water (DW)

An easy way to improve fitness, mobility and flexibility using a buoyancy belt. This class is suitable for beginners through to athletes. 45 minutes.

Water Workout (WW)

Deep Water Training - personalised attention in a friendly group environment.  To gain maximum strength and fitness, all exercises should begin with correct posture. This class focuses on achieving full range of motion in every exercise while maintaining posture and technique. Suitable for beginners through to athletes. 1 Hr.
