Our land-based exercise classes are one hour, bookings are required and only held during School Terms. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a towel.
Pilates elongates and strengthens the muscles resulting in a stronger, more flexible body. It teaches you to be aware of your body's neutral postural alignment and core stability.
Suitable for young and old, physically active and sedentary. Classes are conducted by a qualified Pilates instructor.
