“Thank you for providing the Active Seniors program at an affordable price. Since I stared attending classes both my posture and balance have improved. My overall fitness is better and I have noticed an improvement in my flexibility. Another thing that I especially like is that bookings aren’t necessary, so if you can’t attend a class you don’t pay for it.” – Joan Nicholas, Belrose

“Since moving to Sydney 10 years ago, I have been searching for good fitness classes. Until I started going to the Active Seniors classes, I had mostly been disappointed. The content is good, the teacher’s are great, and the pay-as-you-go is perfect!” – Jan Ferguson, Forestville

“I started exercise classes for seniors at age 49. I was delighted one day when I was able to move my restricted left arm a few inches. I am now 70 and am enjoying the best health I have ever experienced. I attend the Active Seniors program twice a week and my posture and movement are superior to most people my age.” – Isabelle Ward, Davidson
