Visit our Customer Service Centre between 8.30 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday. We’re at the Civic Centre on Civic Drive, Dee Why. You can pay by cash, cheque, EFTPOS or credit card (American Express, Visa or MasterCard only). A 1% service fee applies for credit card payments.
Pay by Direct Debit
Have your rates debited from your savings or cheque account on the due date. Credit cards are not accepted.
