Council resolved to adopt the Harbord Literary Institute and Early Childhood Health Centre Plan of Management at its meeting on 25 March 2008. The plan provides a framework for managing community land including the Literary Institute, the Early Childhood Health Centre and adjacent lands at Freshwater. The recent Freshwater Village Master Plan includes lands covered by this Plan and the key elements of the Master Plan, as they apply to the Community Land, have been incorporated in this Plan to allow the proposed works.
