The Strategic Community Plan is Council's primary forward planning document, aligning our community's vision with a clear strategic direction for Warringah's long term future. So what's in it?
- Ten year strategic direction for Warringah
- Resourcing Strategy (including Financial Planning, Asset Management Planning, Workforce Planning and Risk Management)
- Detailed four year delivery programs for each service, including budgets
- Operational budget for 2011 - 2012
The budget will see Council spending $173 million in 2011 - 2012 with $34 million of this on capital works and projects.
