Compliance - Parking Patrols

Council Rangers and Parking Officers regularly patrol Warringah streets and car parks and have the authority to ensure compliance with the Australian Road Rules (parking) - including timed parking.
Illegal parking can cause significant safety issues for the general public which Council takes very seriously. Illegal parking can also cause delays and inconvenience for residents and visitors.
Motorist found to be in breach of the Australian Road Rules will be issued with a parking infringement notice. If you are issued with a parking infringement (fine) it will either be left on your vehicle or in some instances will be sent to you by mail.
