Active Seniors - Gentle Exercise Program
![]() |
Our Active Seniors program is ideal for our mature aged patrons. The unique program offers gentle workout in and out of the water.
One of the major goals for older people is to retain their independence in their later years. Being physically active can maintain joint and muscle integrity, slow down the loss of bone mineral content (osteoporosis) and enhance quality of life.
So join our group for 25 minutes of land-based exercises and a 25 minute water workout, and finish off the session with a chat and cup of tea or coffee.
What you need: Loose comfortable clothing and enclosed shoes are required for the first half of the class. You will also need to wear swimwear underneath your clothing and bring a towel and toiletries.
