Children's Squads
A graded squads program is offered for all levels of ability, from beginner squad swimmers to elite swimmers.

Equipment required by all Squad Swimmers
Swimmers in the Gold, Silver, Bronze & Junior squads should all have a swim kit consisting of Kick Board, Fins/Flippers, Pull Buoy and a spare pair of goggles in a mesh bag.
To be assessed for our Squad program you must be able to swim 100 metres freestyle and backstroke, 50 metres breaststroke and
25 metres butterfly competently.

Fee for Assessment is $4.10 per child. Payable at Reception on arrival.
Junior Squads
The junior squads offer graded progression programs for the younger competitive swimmer, focusing on technique and skill development. Please note: All Junior squads swim for 1 hour.

Junior Swimfit
Squads for children that want to focus on swimming for fitness with stroke correction in a non competitive environment. An alternative to the standard junior squads programs.
AFTERNOON PROGRAMS
- Tuesday 6pm – 7pm
- Thursday 5.30pm – 6.30pm
Junior Nipper Squads This program focuses on freestyle and surf swim skills.
MORNING PROGRAMS
- Tuesday and Thursday, 7 - 8am
Senior Squads
