Birdwood Park Landscape and Carpark Works

WHERE: Birdwood Park, Narrabeen
WHEN: March 2017 – June 2017
WHAT IT MEANS TO YOU: Improved recreational facilities including the provision of a new 26 space accessible concrete carpark, concrete seating platforms, a beach shower, water bubbler, park furniture, custom shade structures and new grassed areas. The works aim to improve accessibility, safety, user experience and to address drainage issues, ensuring runoff from the carpark will not impact Narrabeen Lagoon.

Redman Road Plaza

WHERE: Redman Road Plaza, Dee Why Town Centre
WHEN: March 2017 - August 2017 (weather permitting). Works will be within the hours of 7am-5pm Monday to Friday and 8am-1pm on Saturdays
WHAT IT MEANS TO YOU: There will be temporary diversions to pedestrian access through the plaza, however access will never be fully restricted. There will be noise at times, especially during demolition phases.

WHERE: Tramshed Community Centre, Narrabeen
WHEN: June - Mid-year 2017
WHAT IT MEANS TO YOU: We are renewing and expanding the community facilities.

Glen Street Cultural Hub

WHERE: Glen Street, Belrose
WHEN: March 2016 - February 2017
WHAT IT MEANS TO YOU: Works will include a new library linked to the current Glen Street Theatre.

Campbell Parade Shared Path

WHERE: Campbell Parade, Manly Vale (between Condamine St and Sloane Cres)
WHEN: December 2016 to February 2017
WHAT IT MEANS TO YOU: We are constructing 212m of 2.5m wide pedestrian / bicycle shared path along the north side of Campbell Pde.

Eileen and Worrobil Streets Shared Path

WHERE: Eileen and Worrobil Streets, North Balgowlah
WHEN: December 2016 to February 2017
WHAT IT MEANS TO YOU: We are constructing up to 140m of 2.5m wide pedestrian / bicycle shared path from the corner of Worrobil Street and Eileen Street to and through Eileen Street Reserve.
