The Northern Beaches Development Assessment Panel (NBDAP) makes decisions about major development applications (DAs) in Northern Beaches. It is the first panel of its type in NSW and was set up in 2008 when Council adopted the Warringah Development Assessment Panel (WDAP) Charter. The WDAP replaced the Independent Hearing and Assessment Panel (IHAP). The Warringah Development Assessment Panel (WDAP) has had a name change as of the 12 May 2016 when Warringah was amalgamated with Pittwater and Manly Councils and is now known as Northern Beaches Development Assessment Panel (NBDAP).
Meetings are open to the public and are generally held on the second Wednesday of each month at 6pm in Council Chambers.
To view the individual NBDAP item report and recommended conditions go to Applications Search and type in the application number.
