You will need this approval if you intend to place tables, chairs or umbrellas for outdoor dining on council roads or footpaths.

This approval is required under Section 125 of the Roads Act 1993.

Lodge the application form by mail or in person at Council’s Customer Service Centre. You must also provide:

  1. floor plans (as outlined in the application form)
  2. proof of $20 million Public Liability Insurance (minimum) with Council noted as an interested party.

Any fees and charges are payable when you lodge your application.

Northern Composure Entry Form and Terms & Conditions

Entries are now open for Northern Composure Youth Band Competition 2014 - the northern beaches premier youth band comp.
 
Entry is open to unsigned bands with the majority of members under 19 years as of 1 March 2014. Preference will be given to bands from the northern beaches region (Warringah, Manly and Pittwater). 
 
To play at this year's Northern Composure, send your entry form along with a brief bio and a reasonable quality demo (minimum three songs) on CD or USB by 5pm, Monday 10 February.
 
Heats will be on Friday 7, 14, 21 March and the final on Friday 4 April as part of National Youth Week Celebrations.
 
Performances will take place at YOYO’s Youth Centre, and possibly Cromer Community Centre for the final. Bands are required to supply their personal amps, instruments, effects and drum kit, etc.
 
There is a $55 entry fee for bands selected to play. Please see terms and conditions for more information.

  • Non-desexed animal: $201
